The offered properties are regulated land plots with an approved zoning and development plan in force. This allows for the construction of a house based on an individual or provided design, in compliance with the permitted building density of up to 30%.

Construction can be carried out either by the developer or by a company of your choice. The plots can be subdivided into smaller units in accordance with the requirements of the Spatial Planning Act.

Within the project, all necessary infrastructure will be developed up to the boundaries of each plot, including electricity and water supply, as well as internal roads, lighting, fencing, and a designated entrance to the complex.
