Dravena House – Type 1

A compact two-storey house with a built-up area of 75 sq.m, designed for comfortable living for a family of four.

The clean architectural volume, concealed gutters, and anthracite-colored window frames create a refined and modern look that fits naturally in both natural and urban environments. The project also allows for semi-detached construction of two mirrored units, making it a suitable solution for narrower plots.

The ground floor includes an entrance hall, bathroom, sauna, storage room, and a living area with a kitchenette and direct access to the yard. The second floor features two spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The master bedroom is oriented towards the façade with large glazing, while the sloped ceilings with natural wood cladding add warmth and character to the interior.

Dravena House – Type 2

A spacious single-storey house with a built-up area of 125 sq.m, designed for comfortable family living and well-organized space. The architecture follows the distinctive style of the “Dravena” series, where two volumes with different heights create a dynamic and recognizable appearance while maintaining a clean and refined look.

The layout includes an entrance hall, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a storage room, and a spacious living area with a kitchen and dining space. The storage room can also function as a utility room and a space for a heat pump.

Two of the bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms. One follows a more classic layout with a larger bathroom, while the other stands out with a higher ceiling and the possibility of a loft space above the bathroom and hallway.

The living area is bright and open, combining the kitchen, dining, and lounge zones. Large windows and sliding doors provide abundant natural light and direct access to the outdoor space.

Dravena House – Type 3

The largest house in the “Dravena” series, with a total built-up area of approximately 210 sq.m, designed for a large family and a spacious lifestyle. The architecture follows the signature concept of the series, with two volumes of different heights that create a dynamic and recognizable appearance.

A central feature of the project is the long corridor that runs across the width of the house and leads to a secondary entrance from the carport. Part of this layout includes a mudroom – a transitional space for leaving shoes and outerwear before entering the main living area.

The layout includes four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a spacious utility room, storage, and a large living area. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, while the other two share a common bathroom, with one of them also offering additional loft space.

The living area combines the lounge, kitchen, and dining zones. The height of the space allows for a full-height library wall, while large windows provide abundant natural light and a strong connection to the outdoor environment.

Monolithic Construction

The project includes the option to build a house using monolithic construction.

The proposed design features a total built-up area of 215 sq.m and a functional layout with three bedrooms, created to ensure comfortable everyday living, spacious interiors, and a natural connection between the indoor space and the surrounding environment.

This type of construction combines architectural flexibility, structural strength, and long-term value, allowing the project to be adapted to the specifics of the selected plot and the individual requirements of the future owners.

Level of Completion

The house can be delivered in three different levels of completion, depending on the client’s preferences and budget.

Standard – includes screed and plaster works, without finished bathrooms.

Comfort – includes underfloor heating, mid-range flooring, fully finished bathrooms with mid-range sanitary ware, interior doors, and fixed furniture such as kitchens and wardrobes.

Premium – the highest level of completion, including underfloor heating with a heat pump, natural engineered wood flooring, furniture made of natural veneered MDF, and fully finished bathrooms with high-end sanitary ware.
